Alicia and Charlie met at university and have been together for nearly ten years—both in life and in work. After stints working side by side in the world of call centres, they eventually found their way into creative collaboration, with Charlie founding Tesseract Media Services in 2018 and Alicia joining in 2020.
What started as a freelance partnership grew into a full-service creative studio, combining their strengths in podcast production, branding, video, design, and storytelling. In 2025, they launched Contento Media to reflect the scale, clarity, and shared vision of the work they now do together.
